    Just disconnected and I'm not even doing anything. It's roughly the same time actually. Same as yesterday. My net is fine if i browse websites.

    Yup Comcast is my ISP. I'm also ~1hr from the servers.

    It's a routing problem during primetime. For some reason, the interconnects seem to have problem handling the traffic inbound to Chicago at around the same time of the day every weekday. The actual servers, if you take a different route, aren't delayed, just people who take this particular path to the server.

    It affects players randomly regardless of their geographic location and ISP, I've seen people mentioning that it is a problem with EME's ISP, Zuyo.

    Zayo isn't their ISP, it's a interconnect (backbone infrastructure) provider throughout the U.S. (and some other parts of the world) and one of the providers into the datacenter (it's a multi-homed facility). If your connection is routed through them on a given path, you'll get this problem. If you're routed through one of the other providers or paths, you won't.

    Change internet providers, I was on Comcast, now on FiOS way better

    Comcast is one of the worst providers ever. I had them a few years back. Terrible memories.
