EU tera made the same mistake, the first day when they released the patch notes it al so said fwc eq , next day they changed.
Enmas is just making the same mistake!

    no. re read the patch notes. these are "updated"

    Battleground Changes

    Gridiron now with equalised gear for all (previously only equalised for players with an item level under 404)
    Fraywind Canyon now with equalised gear for all (previously only equalised for players with an item level under 404)
    Champions' Skyring now with equalised gear
    Within this patch, equalized gear is available in the following battlegrounds:

    Corsairs’ Stronghold
    Champions' Skyring (Solo)
    Fraywind Canyon
    Gridiron
    Iron Battleground
    Kumas Royale

    as far as I'm aware those are the updated patch notes. even saw in the NA forum a EU player posted and confirmed it is eq for all.

    I do not have a EU account so cannot confirm myself.

    But it's not equalized and everybody is complaining that FWC is equalized, I'm just giving people examples of how they could be having fun with their gear!
