Ok, here's the problem with team 3's
The majority of people that play play something that rewards them.
Team 3's does not reward you.
The only players playing team 3's right now are those that want to do it for fun, now the problem with this is that 75% of those people are people that used to do it when it was still active. Making it incredibly hard for people that actually want to play it for fun to get into it without getting slaughtered.
Solution: Buff rewards heavily to get loads of new players in at once who can then practice against each other instead of against only the pro teams.
