GENERAL ERROR LAUNCHER PROBLEM
I p much reinstalled the game but I'm still getting this, repair doesn't work and I already reset my PC like 18 times so don't type that either. Can a GM be useful and help me pls.

1. Some sort of modified file. If you did a fresh install to a new folder (or completely removed the old folder first) this shouldn't have happened.
2. A bad patch node.
To test for the latter, you need you patch server's IP address. If you could ping patch.tera.enmasse-game.com and post the resulting IP address that would help.

Aside this, GMs don't provide technical support on the forum, so you should send in a Support Ticket.
Okay, thanks -- though unfortunately it doesn't look like that's it. Assuming you did a clean install in a fresh folder, so there's no mods or conflicting files, then the next possibility could be anti-virus interfering. What anti-virus are you using? Is there any way to temporarily disable it and do a repair?
