Missing Icons and UI Elements

Happened after the new patch, many icons for items are missing and new UI doesn't work for buffs. Persists through a repair in the launcher.

    Status Icons missing.

    They're now under "Effect Icons"

    It's a little floating gear.
    Click it and UNCLICK simplify effects on self
    to see the durations of buffs while in combat.

    Under Options >> UI Settings >> Display Effect Icons
    you can change whether the icons appear to the up down left or right of teh little gear.

    Did you look at the screenshot? There is no gear icon, assets are failing to load.
