Good Job EME - Guild leveling
With all of the mistakes this patch I want to note one good thing EME did. With the change to make it easier to level your guild they made it retroactive as well. I really appreciate that.

We have dragons obtainable in game now, and i appreciate that, but i just cannot let this one slide. Still, i suppose is better than no dragons i guess...
On another note, I also cannot stop thinking that this decision was forced onto EME. They did said that after many many talks with BHS, they came up with what we have right now. Could it be that BHS were the ones who imposed this on EME? Well, that is unknown to me.
FWIW, that is absolutely what happened. They can't outright say that in an official anouncement because of the business politics (throwing your boss under the bus is career death), but they've made it quite clear that this is not the system they wanted. They already had the system that they wanted, and were told no by BHS. This new system is what BHS required to allow them to launch it at all. Considering what they wanted to launch originally, and what we've gotten in the end, it's not like EME was arguing to make it worse in their "many many talks."
(Gameforge, who also said they wanted to offer them in game, has a system that technically does have it "in there," but they put the tokens on the cash shop, and they drop so rarely and the odds are so bad that it's impossible to earn in-game. None of the regions have in-game distro the way EME had originally intended to do it.)
at least i back to my sorceress, but my alchemy elin is dead
No I didn't I said there are alot of mistakes this patch but I do appreciate that one thing... maybe take off the negative glasses?
Can't... I need them to read!

Mana potions are incredible considering their CD time, so I can basically not rely on my party members in a sense. Tons of content got either nerfed into the ground (DF, SS, etc) or removed entirely (comfy campfires, charms, potions made by actual players). Variety in playing styles was lost by forcing people to use the scrolls the game wants them to use. Streamlining the game in this particular way was, in my view, akin to removing sugar from a soda and labeling it "diet". You can say it's the same product, but anyone who tastes it and has tasted the original product knows that something is definitely missing.
Frankly, when it comes to the dragons I couldn't care less. There are so many other aspects of this patch that hollowed out the general experience for me, which is a shame since this patch brought a lot of good as well. Lillith's castle, for example, does not kill my FPS at all. And i love vault of kaprima; I'm excited to see it return. My priest keeps people's mana up without any issues, and the healer classes feel somewhat balanced again (from what I've seen so far). But then you have stuff like the things I mentioned in the previous paragraph, and it just feels bad, man.
The question is, where does this road lead to, are we going to see more of this [filtered] in the future...probably yes.
Once stuff like this starts its usually a good indication of a spiral leading down the lowest pits, then again we are probably already half way there.
Yes, it's continuing down the "slippery slope," as it were. As you say, we were already partly there with things like inner armor and Liberation Scrolls. Now, they've taken the next step. I really think BHS management believes that the fact the cash shop item is tradeable is what allows them to still say it's fine, and they're probably benchmarking against the marketing tactics of other Korean MMOs (including those released in NA) to justify that claim. And because most of their competition is already doing it, they probably don't think people will care in the end -- and it's not like they're here having to listen to the complaints (they let EME do that, even though this was never what they wanted to begin with).
As for the dragons, you see, this is a f2p game. The company that makes it gave it to you FOR FREE. Of course you're going to have to pay for cash shop items if you really feel you can't get by without them. It's how the devs and the pubs pay their employees to keep this game going that you keep crying real tears over.
Honestly every mmo uses the same basic system these days. I'd say if you're so sick of Tera that you'd rather QQ all over the forums than even play the game you should try a new title, but since no matter where you go you'd find yourself in the same circumstance as you are in here, maybe just find a new hobby.
Tera isn't like that, no buff available on store, no costume got buff and there's loot boxes. It's just the Dragon with passive buff which I don't need to explain ruined this game.
Some says go Dragon Nest for Tera alternative, but P2W feature is all over that place.
Meanwhile I saw lots of player "threatened" that they will go to Revelation Online.
News already confirmed P2W feature in that MMO, and my opinion about it:
Rumor on P2W feature in Revelation Online, Google it.
