Yes, the patch, but my 50/100k Po for pots / Elyxir parchment and I had, I did what? I put them in the [filtered]? It's mostly my question, they replace the system, ok, but they put in the trash every craft, it is a scandal!
In the end, I do understand why they made this move from a strategic point of view (and I can't honestly say that I disagree with it entirely), but as happened with the guild changes, they really don't seem to care very much about the feelings of existing players as they make these changes. But this has been typical of BHS's management for years -- they are very opaque in their thinking and rule by edict, rather than actively engaging with players and listening...
Can you explain it to me? Because I'm still struggling to see it as anything more than some dev making a joke and everybody else thinking he's serious.
For in memory of the time, money, and craft of points used to do all my craft, I could not bring myself to sell everything I craft, I prefer stop play rather than give in to this madness.

@Gardien those items going away were known for months before patch hit today. no one else to blame but urself.
I know ... But even having warned, this is not a way to treat former players who give so much trouble, and negate all their efforts, even with 6 months in advance, you understand? : /
It's always been my opinion that the game's consumable system was bloated in a very fractured, illogical way. It's like there wasn't a centralized vision for how consumables should work, and each team along the way added their own separate somewhat-overlapping system to do different but similar things. So I think a consolidation/reorganization of consumables was long-overdue. I'm not saying that the specific way they went about it is how I would have done it (it's probably a bit too "one-size-fits all"), but in concept I think consolidation makes a lot of sense.
And I know some people like the charming/campfire/stamina system, but I've never liked it at all. I've always considered it a waste of time, and it undermined itself by the various shortcut means the game put in place in recent years. So I can't bring myself to shed any tears for its demise.
The problem I agree with is that they did all this without really caring about the impact on crafting all that much, but this is hardly the first time for that. Crafting has always been woefully neglected in this game and needs a total rework.
That's why I said it's small consolation. It's not going to make up for it, but it's all you can do.
