LKNM - problem with invisible mechanic in second boss

I am having problem with a mechanic in second boss, when boss uses those red circles underneath each player and later in the ground stay circles that causes a slow debuff and damage, the white areas ( i am not sure if the area is white but I did see in a video) with slow debuff does not appear in my screen. Do i need change anything in my tweaks to appear? ps: sry about bad english, it isnt my native language.

    I have the same issue :(

    Also with other old dungeons like example: DF second boss when the crab jumps up giving you a debuff that circle doesn't show up and last boss not showing some either sinds the new patch

    Same for some other dungeons to

    Yes I checked the player notice warning settings and there all on.

    the white debuff areas does not show up to you?

    While I was in LKNM other people had the same problem also
  • This problem caused by MaxParticleRezise. If u incresed it to 1 2 or 3 u didnt see them . U need to change back to 0. Its Kinda weird but i dont change it back since most of the people plant the circle to ONE postion like SSHM
  • Aw yea I have mine on 3 because if I don't I Lagg really badly to the point that I can't play the game ;_;

    New dungeons are better optimized (in my experience, I had no problems so far) so I think you wont loose too much performance.

    I have the same issue, where can i find this MaxParticleRezise option so i can check if i have it changed?
  • Ok my maxparticleresize is on 0 now but still I can't see that boss mechanic, pluss I Lagg really hard and had to be kick from the party lol

    If your s1engine is modified, I'd recommend make a copy of it and put somewhere else for the time being as a backup. Then take your current s1engine that's in the path where Tera is and delete it. This way when tera loads again, it'll make a default s1engine with a fresh copy. This may be a good way to see if the circles appear or not.

    If it ends up working, then it's possible to compare both s1engine files and see which setting needs to be turned on in the back up one. I don't know the full name off the top of my head but without knowing, it may require trial and error.
