How to make EME stop ignoring threads on their forums?

They need to stop pretending nothing is happening, its only making things worse.

    Nothing we can do about it.
    They maybe read the threads, and are aware of the issue, but we just cant ask them to reply to every single thread in the forums.

    Maybe they could at least address issues on threads that they themselves created. Especially after something they know will cause problems and make the playerbase angry, they can't just go silent and answer threads like "I'm new here" or "the signs bother me" when there are big issues involving a large part of the community going on.

    and what you expect them to say tbh? you have to be mentally challanged to not see they keep screwing up like every patch, both eme and bhs. and its clear bhs doesnt give jack [filtered] about na player feedback, and eme is too incompetent to make them listen to us(yes if you cant keep your promises it means youre incompetent). we dont want words, we want proper action. and any sensible player can see that its not happening.

    BHS "listening", which by the way BHS doesn't, to the Koreans more so has to do with the fact it's their home region. BHS focuses on Korea (well Asia in general). We're at the bottom half of their priority list, something people still won't accept because admitting you're not important seems to be difficult. If we mattered to them, then we would see optimization, as fps is something that's always discussed in NA about all games, and other changes to cater NA unlike the greatly rejected Dragon grind we got. BHS won't even listen to EME about what NA wants. Koreans do this all the time anyways, they try to release a product in the West but want to run it themselves rather than listen to people apart of that region. I wish they would learn from the very big Chinese companies and just let Americans take care of their product in America.

    They do, and even if they replied, the complaints would go from "they don't reply" to "they only make stupid/useless replies".

    Please try to be a little more patient and realize while we can't reply to every post. There are responses out there that you probably haven't seen. There is a search link in the announcements section if you want to see all the posts we're making.

    I'm closing this thread because it will only cause forum drama. I've also removed some comments about forum moderation, which violate the forum rules.

    I understand you have frustrations with the update, and that you want validation and acknowledgement, to know that your comments are being read by EME staff, and they are. We're passing a lot of feedback on to Bluehole in regards to the FWC changes, dragons, and other content that was changed in Spellbound. Threads like this actually work against the rest of the forum as far as staying organized and getting information where it needs to go.
