Still waiting for the day when...
I stop seeing Sorcerers using Fireball. I thought the rework would change their ways >.<.

There's a difference between being casual and being stupid.
There is a difference between being a casual and a person that only holds left click.
What's stupid? You or the people that just don't care to master the class? Again to what I was saying, some of you are minding too much of how others play. If they were shooting fireballs in your static/achievement run, that's one thing. Meeting one in a random [filtered] IM or LFG, just move on. There's a bit of factors to why some people just never learn to play their class properly.
I started minding when I started to stop being a fireball scrub (about 1 day after I hit level 65 slightly after gunner patch) when I realised how to maximise dps through consumables. From there, usually I tell people to remove fireball from their skillbar. That is the only thing I do because it is the fastest way for them to make up a half-decent rotation, and it is how I learn what are the limitations of each skill.
There is really nothing wrong with complaining about people who only use spacebar or fireball. I wouldn't even say a thing if they use something outside of what Yosha does because it can be too complicated for some casuals to comprehend.
It is a given that Sorc can be a slightly more complicated class to mechanically play at a decent level back then, but the rework made it really easy, in fact it is arguably easier than Gunner. Even then, many newer sorcerers don't know what the heck they are doing.
I don't see archers who use basic arrows ever post-65. Every single archer, even the newbies roughly know how to charge an arrow at its maximum capacity instead of using the basic attack. Sorcs don't even need to hold the button down, they can just press 5 buttons over and over and they will still not be using fireball. But they do. It is the only class I see that many players just left click their way, and it is very disappointing. Worst still are some of the said people complain Sorcerer has no damage when they are using a large portion of their time attacking on a skill that a single hailstorm tick can overtake in terms of dps.
I am not even asking for players to not be bad. I only want newer sorcs to NOT be lazy and default to Fireball. I am pretty sure it is not that hard.
Also, in lot of MMORPGs, if you try to help someone and teach them how to play their classes properly, people will not thank you, they will complain like "WTF, why do you care, let me play how I want.."
There is nothing you can do with that than just get group of people you know/guild and play with them so you don't have to watch sorcs using fireball..
