EME completely ignoring instance reset issues?

    Maybe not, but consider this, too. For the whole week, it has been very, very, VERY hard for me to find groups for RMHM because everyone who can run it will only run it with close friends, and most of them have explained to me that they're doing that because they only have two instances for RMHM every day, and would prefer to use those two for their close friends. I'm not gonna go into more detail of how frustrating this can make things if you're not "in" one of the friend groups/guilds that can run this kind of content, but suffice it to say, it has made RMHM runs frustrating not because RMHM is extremely difficult (it's not really that difficult), but because it has made the people who run these dungeons VERY picky about who they will run the dungeon with

    And its not only about RMHM... you can apply this on every dungeon out there....

  • The worst patch ever, the worst event ever, always when a new patch comes, eme do the same thing, ignore, make a worst event, put a p2w box or a p2w event of jackpot, sincerely, this game is going to fail.
  • One thing that I'm wondering: we know that RU and EU tera had the same problem with reset scrolls... did korean tera had the same problem? anybody knows that?
    and we already had te same problem with others dungeons, and we solved it... so its likely that this problem is the same as the other.. and since they solved it before, they probably already know whats wrong... so why is it taking so damn long to fix?

    Please explain why runs aren't being manually reset like they were in the past. This is why players are feeling the issue is being ignored.

    Is it possible for you making a temporary reset scroll just for resetting RMHM?

    Maybe one that has 24 hours cool down and everyone gets a scroll everyday until you update the normal reset scrolls? :D

    That would require them to ask BHS for a custom item.

    It would probably also not work if they can't fix normal resets not working.

    KTera likely didn't have the same kind of problem because apparently their reset scrolls are dungeon-specific, meaning you need a particular scroll to reset a particular dungeon. Also, I think I read that their scrolls are TERA shop only? Not too sure about that, though.

    Yeah, I'm not sure about the K-TERA shop either (does the new publisher still have something like T-CAT, I wonder?), but the former is the underlying reason for the issue. Western markets use one instance reset scroll for all dungeons, whereas K-TERA uses instance-specific reset scrolls. So they never have this problem because they release them separately.

    I too don't know if the fact this tends to be broken is just neglect from all the publishers (who fail to remind them to do it) or a conscious decision on the developers part to extend progression.

    Confirmed with the developers this evening that this is intended behavior. New dungeons cannot be reset surrounding release and will be added to the pool of dungeons that can be reset in a future build.

    Not sure what was communicated on this previously but may the conspiracy (and abuse of Spacecats) rest.

    Why cant i reset old instances? The reset scrolls do not work period. For any dungeon.
