UI Problems

So with the new changes and modification they have done to the UI and the optimization of the Dungeon I thought everything would be great, but nope. So as many of you with these new Changes to the UI and such we would modify our UI better to utilize these changes, such as making certain UI disappear when in Combat. I did the same thing too but ran into a problem. My UI wont stay in it's place ! My old UI (Shadow Patch UI) keeps coming back on everytime I log onto my account. I want to change and modify my UI to the new specs (Spellbound Patch UI) but unfortunately that isnt the case, since it keeps reverting back to my OLD UI everytime I log on. I thought at first maybe its my tera launcher that has the problem so I tried loging into my friend computer and change my UI around there but sadly no success. So the problem isn't my Tera or the Launcher but its my actually account. I was just wondering has people found themselves into this/or similar problem and if people have any recommendation on how to Fix it. I would really love to enjoy this patch without going through such stress everytime I log in.

  • Someone here told me to try to reset UI setting and try everything again... I still didnt try that tbh.. so I dont know if it works...
  • Yeah, it's because the UI settings are stored on the server, and there can be cases where it gets bugged for whatever reason. Sometimes resetting the UI will fix it and cause it to start saving its settings again. You could also try things like changing your resolution, switching to window mode, and so on -- anything to try to cause the UI to reset to no longer consider itself "out-of-bounds" and reject the save. I fixed it one time by logging in on a different computer, which had a different resolution and thus fixed the save.

I've had this problem before where things kept resetting. I sent in a ticket and they told me to reset my UI and I had to move everything back again, was surely a pain, but it worked for me, since then I haven't had any problems.
