CU:V Bugs?

Hi there.

Recently on CH, my guild won CU:V for the first time on said server.
I have a couple of questions regarding the pot as a whole.

1. I heard that originally the pot was supposed to stack from week to week if no one actually won, ours didn't on CH. Is this a bug or has this happened on the other servers as well?
2. How are we supposed to distribute the pot among guilds we ally to? Since it takes ~1/10th of the entire guild fund to distribute funds, and it only distributes gold to everyone in the guild, thus making it almost infuriating to pool the money back together. As well as that, we can only distribute 40% of the guild funds at any time, meaning it would take more than a month of distributing funds once a week to see the actual gold come out.. Is it supposed to be this dumb?

Support told me everything is already public knowledge and they couldn't help further. My best bet is the forums apparently? @Spacecats
Any help is appreciated. Cheers.

#2 is invalid since CU:V was intended in way to keep such alliances from forming. I think they increased the gold pot this Tuesday so it might have messed up the whole system altogether.
