Can we get the option to cancel the Velik's Opportunity TP Scroll ( Ghilliglade TP) ?

I didn't know that the priest's leash could cancel it. I don't have leash on my PvE healing bar either, so I wouldn't be of any use.

Since we have the Ghiliglade scroll on our Elite bar, I only clicked once by accident on it and it was because I already was very tired and shouldn't be playing. In this case, I could not cancel the teleport by moving. However, this happens to Elite subscribers only and this means we have the teleport ability to teleport back without much effort.

So, this is a minor issue compared to those others going on now and meanwhile just use the tipps mentioned above. Bundling buffs is always easier to put into routine, so if you're e.g. archer, ninja, priest, mystic, warrior, etc., just put your stance, buff, focus on F11 und potion on F12. So upon login you just press F12+F11 and you're good to go.

Well, this doesnt happen randomly like most of you think, have you ever noticed it only happens when youre panicking? In order for this to happen, you need to use a nostrum right after you use your Ghilli scroll, and you wont be able to do anything else.

Try popping Ghilli scroll then use the nostrum right after and see it yourself xD

I have noticed that this mainly happens after you accept a res. You stay locked in position during the res animation, and if you misclick on Velik's Opportunity, it prevents you from canceling.

This just happened to me in RMN, didn't cause a wipe but it did fill my feels with fail and I had to pass on all rolls. I think this really is something that should be addressed.

Best option would be to make the scroll unusable when in an instance.

put nostrum on hotkey, problem solved. it's way easier and faster to use hotkey anyway than pressing alt and stand still to use nostrum. that can get you killed easily.

the problem with that is that if you use cooldown notices, hotkeying the nostrum causes your game to freeze for a split second. it's been that way since it was in charm form and hasn't been addressed

a simple solution would be to move the scroll to the left side of the elite bar rather than tacked on at the end

Don't use it between boss attacks when you won't see something coming? Its still way safer than using a mouse to click it rofl. Just wait until the boss is doing something that won't kill you in the next second and press the hotkey...I really don't understand how this thread even exists tbh.

Clicking on it hardly takes more time than clicking a key on your keyboard when you're used to clicking it, especially considering your cursor is already up when you res anyways. I don't understand why people are against something that doesn't impacts them, it's not the end of the world if they moved the scroll to the other side when you aren't even using the bar and wouldn't notice it.

Fair enough. I also forget some people actually press skills using their keyboard sometimes instead of using a proper mmo mouse, so I didn't consider that you might have to reach pretty far for your keybind.
