Questions Regarding Reset Scroll Future
So, the reset scroll bug listed in the known spellbound page was actually not a bug, yet it was listed by EME as a bug, which doesn't make sense. But fine, if thats how its intended its okay but we need to be told WAY beforehand. Does the QA team not test to see if content is resetting properly? Yu stated that yu asked them and this is how its suppose to be, but yu asking meaning yu werent sure, so what did the QA team report before releasing the patch?
Now that the ranting is done, which is obviously not going to do anything, some serious question.
I'm hearing from people talking about the newer reset scrolls like the ones KTera has that cost 19k and can be bought from the merchant. Will we be getting something similar? Also, will the older reset scrolls convert to the newer ones?
If the Instance Reset Scroll does not convert over thats fine. But theres also the Elite Instance Reset Scroll. This is something people pay real money to obtain as one of the perks of elite, and several people have saved MANY of these up and usually use the normal Instance Reset Scroll as those can be bought again. If this is the case where newer reset scrolls will be released for newer dungeons, the Elite Instance Reset Scroll MUST work on it, as previously stated, real money was spent in obtaining it.

QA for the game content is done by BHS, not really EME (they test integrations and localization), so BHS wouldn't have listed it as a bug (since to them it was intended).
But anyway, given the apparent decision, allowing people to purchase reset scrolls for the new dungeons from a gold merchant (for the time being until it's added to the regular reset scroll pool) isn't a bad idea.
People also "bought" regular Instance Reset Scrolls from lootboxes too, so I don't think the Elite version should be in a special category. And besides, the fact that people have tons of these saved up is probably exactly why BHS is putting this restriction in the first place (because they don't want people to get hundreds of clears of the new dungeons in the first weeks).
