    well since merged happened from what i see fashion coupon is missing then spellbound update everything is gone ^ agree with that, but fashion coupon? all server has it but everything is gone...

    Can you clarify this? I've had fashion coupons drop and I think the merchant is working. (Just checked it here, and it does seem to be okay...?)

    fey forest has no fashion coupon sells from novelty merchant for almost months now... unlike AV, CH, TR, MT already has it, till spellbound not only fashion coupon but rest of changer size, height, etc is missing.

    Oh -- I see. As far as I know, the Novelty Merchant is broken on all servers right now (as you allude to), so hopefully when they fix that it'll take effect everywhere.
