    Thanks for letting us know you agree with players that the lack of resets for new content is a problem that should be addressed. If you are considering adding a reset item to dungeon loot, please make it tradeable. We already tried non-tradeable entry items during Dreadspire Season 2 and they introduced a lot of problems for players, tickets were made tradeable again for Season 3.

    The "working as intended" quote from Denommenator is referring to the scroll's inability to reset Lilith's Keep and Ruinous Manor (at the time I think he was under the impression that other dungeons were resetting properly). It's been the case in kTERA for a while now where brand new dungeons disallow instance resets when they first come out. Bluehole intends for this to be the case across all regions. We weren't aware of this until recently, so we weren't able to give a heads up. The fact that IRSs broke completely just exacerbates the issue.

    Come Tuesday, when servers are back up, our goal is to have Instance Reset Scrolls work for every dungeon except the two newest ones.

    I don't get the thought process Bluehole has when features get removed and impose limits that stifle fun for all players, all decisions made so far penalize players instead of rewarding them for their loyalty and love for Tera.
