Enmasse should acquire TERA Europe rights from Gameforge.
Hi, I am an EU player who got really disappointed with gameforge after their lack of activity towards TERA community.
I am here to talk about my suggestion about the possible purchase of TERA Europe's rights to EME, this came to mind after what i already mentioned, the poor quality Gameforge offers among European TERA players and the following will mention their dedication towards them:
1- overpriced shop products - the cash shop is totally inflated , making us waste almost 20€ or more in Items we need for customize our chars, or upgrade our gear.
2- shop items arrive days (even weeks) late - the shop is so broken that items we want can't be sent to us immediately, the only thing that comes instantly is the real life currency (Tera thalers)
3- poor customer support - Gameforge's support towards players is nearly 10%, our tickets are usually replied within a week and, in rare cases we get banned for sending one.
4- Late updates compared to other publishers - nothing to say here, pretty much explained.
5- No GM activity nor streams - Streaming from GF is rare and in extremely rare cases, we have GM's ingame, strenghtening the point that Gameforge is neglecting their players, I have only seen a GM manifestation and it was in the past year !
6- No giveaways or permanent freebies - The only permanent item giveaways i've seen are only from masks or crappy accessories.
En masse entertainment, listens to their players and has activity towards TERA community ingame, I guess this also has to do with the amount of titles GF holds, but En masse, as a great publisher is a role model for the EU players, making them move to NA, these movings, kill the servers EU has, in the past year if not, half a year a huge handful of EU players changed to NA because of better services, today I see TERA EU pretty much dead, Killian, which is or was one of the most populated servers now has like 25% less players because of Gameforge's awful decisions and they want to keep their decision that way, the patches are also bugged AF and in some cases release one month after NA with bugs and poor translation still attached.
In summary, if any of the EME high ranks sees this post, I plead you to think about acquiring TERA EU rights and bring hope back to Europe.

All the giveaways from EME are not permanent. Usually lasting no more than 3 days, a few last a week. But I haven't seen a permanent one in quite some time now.
Customer support, IMO so far, has not been the best. Considering I'm trying to get to the bottom of my own issues and now EME is being of 0 help. So I honestly don't think you'll find much better through EME, as would be with GF either way.
This is just a small little bit I have with EME, but honestly, neither of the companies are probably going to be doing a good job in certain things.
2. I always got everything instantly or within a few minutes
3. One experience regarding a forum ban appeal, took a few days to get reply every time, a month or so to solve the issue and get unbanned. Sometimes story quest items got stuck in my inventory (game bug). Got them removed within a few days and all was fine. Could be better.
4. Good, most patches only made the game worse. Also, other regions can be beta testers, and let EU can learn from their mistakes and get a better initial release. Recently, Island of dawn rewards and MWA supply was one such issue.
5. Not required by any means. There's rarely anything useful talked. I used to watch some Tonka streams, some fun moments but hardly useful. Gameforge GMs are active on the forums. Over the last few months especially, lots of feedback taken and implemented.
6. Freebies are a bad thing. Permanent items instead are awarded for playing the game - mounts and cosmetics drop in dungeons during events for example.
And as bad as Gameforge is (yes, they're REALLY bad, with every game), honestly EME hasn't been doing well for the past 6 months or so. They've been getting increasingly worse, so I wouldn't be too sure that it's better here anymore.
