How to get thousands of feedstock if you have alts

You can still dismantle your old dread equipment. So on your alts, you can just dismantle their dread, and easily regear with the new non-dismantable (mantable..?) dread, and upgrade it back up at a fraction of the original cost. I just dismantled one of my dread +12 weapons and got quite a bit of T8.

    If you have alts you will probably never use much, it is still viable. A very quick and easy way to stock up on T8, possibly sell it and get rich.
