    I have my titles and I'm standing in a highwatch FULL of Jounins, so I assume they've started giving them out early.

    It seems that the issue was just timing of hitting 65, and not a problem with the script... but if someone does have a problem with missing titles they're asking people to send in tickets.

    yeah. the titles seem kind of meh anyways. sitting around highwatch i counted many, many more with jounin than without

    Well, it stands to reason at the moment, since a lot of the ninjas in Highwatch will be 65 from day one. It will never be as rare as the old titles will, but it'll become more rare as more time passes and more new people get their 65 ninjas.

    There are many factors to take into account. The first, and most obvious, being that ninja is the new class. Everyone is playing it, including the hardcore. Overtime, I am sure player interest will dissipate and we will see a decline in active ninjas with server first titles.
