I can't level up crafting whatsoever

So I tried to craft, got the materials, got the ingot recipe and even got to go for the quest that introduces you to crafting.
I get to the point where i have to right click on the scroll to learn how to make an ingot and it's all grayed out.
I can't learn anything to craft?
I'm lvl 33, i'm sure i meet that requirement at least.
Anyone else with this kind of problem or just me?
Hope I'm not missing anything.

    There are different tiers of crafting.
    Some recipe you can craft only when you reached the points needed for that recipe to craft. For example: Kyrmetal Ore can be crafted into ingot with 0 skill points, but Xermetal can be crafted into Ingot with 350 points.
    Crafting 1 material gives 1 point and crafting one weapon adds something like 25.
    This means that you have to craft the low lvl tier first, like Kyrmetal Ore.

    My advice is that you should leave crafting for when you reach lvl 65. I am saying this, because crafting is pretty much dead now.
    The best use of you production points is gathering at this point. You can get with a rare chance God's Tear or Essential Mana or Idyllic Leaf or any of the scarabs going for a pretty high price on the Trade Broker.

    I think that's why you can't click it: In TERA you can't use items when mounted.
