Hi I'm Kagehime, Guild Master of the newly formed Neko Knights Guild. I'm having trouble uploading the emblem for our guild. I converted the picture into a BMP file and copied it to the Logo Upload file in the Tera file in my computer. When I visited Velika to create a emblem I got a strange rainbow striped picture with the word "Image" on it instead of the picture I chose. I don't know what I'm doing wrong? Someone please help me.

    Make sure its 24bit bmp with a resolution of 64x64 and that you have placed it in the correct place TERA\Client\S1Game\GuildLogoUpload and if its still rainbow style try and use it and look at another guildie see if the logo is there :)

    Edit: Also it may be caused by any UI mods you have installed but if you have non then its a probably bug.

    Try "Save As..." and make sure all the options are correct in the dropdown box under the file location browser - when it's asking you where to save it. It should be directly under where it asks what to name the file.
