    It would be nice, considering it's not even 5 days since AV last crashed. At this rate I wouldn't be surprised if AV crashed at least once a day.

    I dot not agree with this... Dude servers are machines are machines step up issues in time... Is not like Servers go down for 5 minutes after months of stability (if was the case), and you come to ask for reward instead of asking if everything's ok and if problem is short-time fixable. They come from a 25h stream doing some money for donations and you come with "hey, gimme my reward" xd L.M.F.A.O

    They should ... and they should also make elite instance reset scrolls avaiable again... we payed for it and I have gathered 200+ of them for nothing. A lot of people left tera during the previous patch and they keep F**king this game with pay to win dragons and so many bbugs that come back with every patch (for example with this one the number of your personal roll number under the HP bar disappeared again)

    I think it's reasonable for a game to give some sort of compensation when there are server issues/bugs/crashes/ect.

    Even Granblue Fantasy does this. If something bad happens with the game, they give Potions/Draw Tickets/Crystal (Currency for Drawing characters.) Ect. As an apology.

    "Hey, we had problems, here is some stuff." Is not an unreasonable request.

    ...probably not, no. It's sad though, crashes causes people to lose dungeon runs, elite time and all that. It's kind of [filtered] that there are no compensations for those, even a dungeon reset or something would be better than nothing but that doesn't even work. :o
