Support ticket Response time

  • This doesn't help with getting a faster response, but I've found that it usually makes the GM answering your ticket much more receptive and helpful. Be polite in your ticket and describe your issue in as much detail as possible, and kindly ask them if there's any way to fix it. And always end with a 'thank you so much for your time'. I think a lot of them get angry/curt/rude support tickets and getting a nice one is a win-win for everyone.

I also try and be polite whenever I'm contacting support. For anything, really.

Yeah i tried to be polite as possible. Trying to explain my situation. Maybe it sounded rude or something i don't know yet. If they reply ill try my best to super polite and kind. So i don't come off wrong. I just want that one thing transferred over to my brawler. Even if it means my Ninja wont have it anymore and not get the item from my brawler i wanted to switch. ill live with that, but just so hard to spend so much gold and not be able to use it on the main character i am going to use. Because i ended up bounding it to my ninja to soon
