Prime Battle Solution - does it work as intended?

It says:
  • Increase Power by 27%
  • Increase Endurance by 20%
  • Replenish 13% of your MP every 5 seconds
  • Decrease cooldown of attack skills by 15%
  • Increase Crit Power by 1.42

With potion buff, my power is 60 +173
Without potion buff, power is 60 +157
I am guessing that the additional +16 is from 27% of 60 (base stat).

So does the +27% power only affect the character base stat and not include gear stats?
Or Is the potion only gives +10% power buff and not +27%?

Does all buff work this way? that it only affects base stats?

Comments

  • Tested the +18% potion

It only added 18% of 60 to power, potion is a fluke.
  • Better change the item description to "+% of base power".

disappointed. was testing 2 brawlers - one crit build, the other is power build. I thought with this NEW buff potion, the power build would be better.
sadly, there is still only one build in Tera... crit crit crit.

it's not a new item, it just has the effects of charms, nostrums and onslaught scrolls combined into one

charms worked the exact same way

What Metagame said, also, it is intended to only work on base stats, just as dragon buffs do. the X1.5 is on base, so is the X2.
  • demn. so there is no versatility in builds... only crit factor.
  • the value of 27% base power is similar to what great power charm gave you. iirc 18 power at 120 stamina and 21 power at 135 stamina
Zerk, Archer, Slayer get slight advantage from battle solution as they have high base power
Healers definitely get a nerf on power buff other than disable of crit power buff. Oh yeah no more mystic DPS.

The only stat that is based in the rest of gear is %hp. Anything else is from base stats

it works the exact same way as the charms did before then. Also in all other cases where it says "+ x%" it is based on your base stats, and not affected by gear or such.
