  • HOPEFULLY NOT. Just don't summon unnecessary Demons.

For what developer s said, yes!!! we are going to have a zerk revamp.....but u need to sit and wait :P. Its not a good answer, i know but, i think is the only thing we know so far.
  • Ktera just got warrior revamp a couple weeks ago, Next will most likely be slayer, then zerker.
  • Thx for the answers =)

Actually, it was mentioned in KTera GM notes that Lancer was next after Warrior to have a revamp.

I heard that Zerks get couple of self buffing skills mixed together, that is the 1st, so we have a cleaner and less buttons to push, for the rest we have to wait.
  • In the Archer rework patch in KTera Zerks had the following changes:

    - Fiery Rage and Flurry of Blows are combined into 1 skill
    - New passive: If TS doesn't crit, the next use of TS has increased crit chance (PvE only)
    - Reduce CD of Evasive Roll by 1
    - Increase CD of Evasive Smash by 2; now has CDR glyph

  • ^ That's more of a "buff" rather than revamp, as they would probably and mostly likely required new skills/animations wise to be called 'revamp'.

Yes, they reduced the CD of Evasive Roll by one second, but they ALSO got rid of its CDR Glyph, effectively increasing its CD from 4.5 to 5. .___.

Plus when they merged Fiery Rage and FoB, they also apparently decreased how long the attack speed buff lasts.

Lastly, if I remember right, nobody was noticing much of a difference with the TS thing.

So all in all, it was a nerf, not a buff. .____________________.
  • Idk, why Ktera buffed Warr/ Archer before Zerker. Zerker should be the 2nd class to be revamped.

    1. Separate sharing CD between rolling and e. smash.
    2. Increase evasive smashing crit to triple. I think, evasive smashing is the most fun part.
    3. Decrease Thunder strike charging time and damages. But, increase T.S CD. Zerker depends on Thunder too much. Nerf thunder strike.
    4. Increase flatten damage and make double crit
    5. Defense or short iframe ability on Leaping strike.
    6. Merge 2 buff skills in one.
    7. Make a counter attack after axe blocking.
    8. Increase Basic endurance. Lancer, Brawler and Gunner are much tougher than Zerker.
    9. Reduce PVP damage after buffing all in above.
  • Either make TS double crit chance glyph to triple crit chance or nerf TS damage and buff others so zerk DPS won't be limited in 1 or 2 skills only.
Intimidation needs more block value like how warrior's cross parry works.

Most classes have their DPS focused into a few skills.

Zerk DPS is already extremely potent.

The similarity between warrior DPS and zerk DPS is they have 1 core skill that contributes more than 40% of their overall DPS. More specifically warrior's scythe around 45% and zerk's TS 50%~60%.
However, war's scythe can guarantee a crit but zerk's TS doesn't. It only has a double binomial crit chance glyph. There is a huge DPS gap between 50% TS chance and 80% TS chance meanwhile other skills are too weak to balance the difference.

Consider when you start the fight. Lancer infuriate the boss and activate AR and GS buffs, then all endurance debuffs are applied. You activate fiery rage, bloodlust, double brooch and flurry of blows. You are in the best condition, but your TS fails to crit in the most precious 15 seconds. I am sorry you will not have a 2nd chance to make up the dps loss as the fight usually doesn't last too long.

Zerk's overall DPS heavily depends on TS crit chance. Zerk's overall DPS is only potent when its TS crit chance reaches 80%.

Ninja is the counter-example as her many skills contribute nearly equal DPS toward her overall DPS.
  • Funny enough, zerker is currently holding the top dps when it comes to the top 10% averages in RMHM last boss with sorc being a close second.

And TS can easily hit for 50% more damage than Scythe can. What's your point? On average Zerk crit chance on TS and Cyclone are very high.

What you're saying also applies to Sorcs but they deal with it just fine.
