I'm trying to find a logic in dungeons that drop T10 gear and feedstock but at the same time drop T9 spellbind and master enigmatic scrolls. Same with lilith and lackelith treasure that drop T9 feedstock. Would be great if that can be solved with BHS and updated to correct tier.

    It was like this last patch, dungeons dropped the low tier spellbinds in mid tier instances. Not sure why they never bothered to change that in this patch.
