Sorcerer Meteor Strike Animation
Since the Spellbound patch, I've had this issue regarding the sorcerer's meteor strike animation. This is the screenshot on what it looks like http://i.imgur.com/m6tF8F9.jpg
I have tried playing around the game's video settings as well as reinstalling the game but none of these could help fix the problem. I'm really getting desperate on how to resolve this matter and I will really appreciate any advice you guys would say to help me fix this issue.

I contacted support many times, all came back with the same BS about reinstalling the game or repair the files, none of them worked after 3 reinstall and many repairs.
All drivers and everything is updated, I even reinstalled my whole windows.... nothing
The problem is with the new files since the SS patch, i had the same problem in every boss in SS with the red aoe areas.
Why because they are more cost effective and give you the about the same performance as Nvidia. My rig runs 2 Cross-fired AMD r9-380 4gig ram cards overclocked to 5.2 ghz stable,AMD FX-9370 overclocked to 5.2ghz stable liquided + air cooled, Motherboard runs 64gb ram. I can play any MMORPG, PC game and stream without so much as a hiccup ever. but i can't get 60 fps on this game so AMD is not the problem.
The performance of a GPU or CPU isn't just in the numbers/specs. When it comes to GPUs, AMD is only better when it comes to new APIs, which isn't really going to be a thing for years. Even if you get high fps in another game, an Nvidia/Intel based system would still get more anyways. The only point in ever going AMD was because it's cheaper, but even then, you didn't go with a cheap AMD CPU, you got one that costs as much as an unlocked i5 CPU would cost. While an i5 is 4 cores and yours is 8 cores, the 4 extra cores is largely irrelevent to the mass market, because most applications utilize a single core and sometimes part of a second core. This is generally why AMD lost the desktop market, programs didn't continue to utilize more and more cores like they had hoped, and it's why they went after the console market when they got destroyed in the PC market. The only reason Nvidia and Intel tend to cost more in the mid and high ranges is due to lack of competition, if AMD actually did anything they would be forced to charge less or go through massive improvements to continue being allowed to charge more.
because elinware
I was an AMD user but have to finally switch to gtx 1070 because Polaris still fails to fix the ridiculously high power consumption when using more than one monitor.
In this case, it may because some file(s) are missing or corrupted.
It could be your HDD/SSD, or bad file location.
I use the AMD card for 3D rendering in the applications I work in, because this is not a game only rig. And for that, AMD is way better.
Anyone got a solution for this?

Again, it doesn't matter what's your GPU. Even it's powerful Nvidia 1080 6 GB etc etc since Tera runs heavily on 1 core CPU.
For FPS issue, you may have to refer this site to "optimize" Tera on your PC.
