That makes some sense for some costumes. But then quickly stops making sense when that Holiday is no longer right around the corner, and the money I would have spent will quickly go somewhere else because your, "Hype." Is a year out from me.
It also just plain doesn't make any sense for non-holiday specific items, like weapons skins and stuff. What Holiday is, "Sick energy blade Ninja Star." Supposed to be?
If the problem really is with store organization, that really speaks to the poor design of the store, more than a proper reason for not having the items. Actually, if I try a bunch of stuff on in the dressing room, there should be a button that doesn't just take me to the Store, but allows me to just purchase everything I'm wearing, as well as show me the Point cost and how much I'm spending. If they were actually smart, that's how the store would work. Then there would be no organization problems. I don't have to go looking for items, because I just bought everything I had on, and now I have a whole new outfit, and En Masse has however much that outfit costed.
The vaulting thing I just don't think makes any sense. They're still losing money on people going, "Oh that looks cute, but I can't buy it."

If you mean the first costume we talking bout, which is the Irish themed dress (Victorian for others) there is no male version of it unfortunately. It is a female only costume.
Ah, thank you for the information! but @Denommenator , are you saying the green irish dress AND the red winter dress is coming next week? Just checking since I've seen pics of the former in red as well.
Also does anyone have pics of the dress-jacket ensemble on other races, or just elin and male high elf?
The dresses at the OP are old fashioned though, which is nice since IIRC, a lot of what we've been getting is pretty modern. Stuff like this fits in a lot better than leather jackets and tiny jean shorts.
Do things get added to the store on thursdays? For some reason, I'm thinking they do.
