    My ping used to be 25-35 after switching to fios. Now its all the way up to 42-57. I don't like this change .

    Are people still disconnecting and getting ping spikes?
    Since yesterday I can't play. Either my game crashes without any error messages after a few minutes being logged in, or I have almost 700ms instead of 150. Or both.
    I tried to repair the launcher, it did nothing, I'm still crashing. As I said, my game just closes and I don't get any error message at all.
    TERA is the only thing I'm having problems with, everything else is working fine. Including BnS.

    Is EME still looking into it, or did they deem the zayo problem solved? ._.
    It would be really nice if I could play again. :< Please try to do something about it.

    Yeah same my ping is still unreasonable with 370ms, i went and checked the other mmos to see if they were having the same lag issues. Blade and soul, black desert and guild wars 2 seem to not be lagging at all so it seems the connection issue isn't mine, its weird, i would think all games would be suffering if it was my connection right? very weird...

    Hmm ping used to be around 40-60, now spiking at around 300 every few seconds since last week. This is both in dungeons and standing around in open world too.
    Also inventory and guild menu takes a very long time to load.

    I forgot to mention that I'm from Europe, maybe that has to do something with it as well, but pretty sure the issue isn't on my end, since everything else is working fine.
    I crashed after queing for CS on Thursday, and can't play since. I wouldn't be complaining that much normally, but I'm missing out on the triple drop weekend, even though I was really looking forward to it.

    I've been playing since around Tuseday, and the only problem I've had with the game connection was my own internet going out.

    @Geletron Last night, my ping was fine from 6PM GMT to 11:30PM GMT (or 10AM PST to 15:30PM PST, just like my previous post.

    However, after 11:30PM GMT (15:30 PST), I really started to notice lag issues everywhere.

    Suddenly started experiencing extremely high ping and random server disconnects a couple of days ago. (And yes, my internet is completely fine.) Playing on CH and live in the USA, East Coast. Just now I was half way through VoK when the game started acting up. The people I was in the dungeon with were also complaining so it's definitely not just me. I can't do dungeons at all or fight BAMs or do just about anything, really...

    Still the Zayo connection is disabled, even though you said you would monitor it after 24 hours(it's been 3 days now). I'm constantly seeing more complaints of lag since it was turned off compared to when it was on.

    The performance is terrible, so please turn it back on so we can enjoy the game as paying customers instead of cancelling our subscriptions and looking into other recently released titles for alternatives.
    370ms ping is not a reasonable ping, and i want to see action, I've been playing this game constantly for the past 2 years(and had elite that entire time) and I've rarely had a issue, but this is the longest period of time where the game has been broken for me, almost 2 weeks now this lag has been unbearable and I've tried to put up with it but this is absolutely atrocious. Something needs to be done, everyone in my country is currently being affected and i don't see it being very good business completely denying a entire continent.

    @Geletron Today, I had a stable connection up until around 8PM GMT (Midday PST) and then I started experiencing ping issues. After taking a break from 9PM (1PM PST) to 11PM (3PM PST), I started again, and started experiencing some major server lag (skills not firing, taking damage when the toon was clearly in a safe zone etc.), with one particular spike wiping the entire party on the last boss RMHM at approxmately 12:15AM (4:15PM PST).

    So it appears that when it's stable, it's stable, but it seems to be just going back to how it was with Zayo now.

    Please turn Zayo back on, you really said you'd only monitor the new changes for 24hrs. This High latency for non US residents is annoying; please please turn Zayo back on.
