Guild Housing (Im New)

I'm new to Tera, just switched over from WoW not too long ago. So my question is, is there guild housing? I always see the floating "guild" houses around the major cities and such and I was wondering. I once played Tera when it was pretty new on Steam and I do remember seeing guild banners on these indicating that they were inhabited. Just wanted to make sure they're still available to the top guilds or some other achievement based thing?

    the guild housing has been removed last summer. the castles stayed because it "looks cool" i guess.

    It was nothing special tho.

    More like the castles stayed because BHS was too lazy to remove them, but yeah.

    Sky Castles are no longer available to guilds because the Crusades are over. They replaced it with Velika: Civil Unrest which is even worse.

    Tera is like real life, you can't buy a house, but you can sleep in the back allies of major cities or fly on top which is also nice.
