Humedras World Boss Question

Hello,
I have been hunting Humedras on my Mystic for about two weeks now. I've been able to get into parties for it right as the server has come up after maintenance. Both weeks I have been attacking the boss with everyone else, on all 3 channels, and I seem to be the only one that is not receiving the credit for the kill. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I've attacked Humedras constantly on all 3 channels each time the servers have come up after maintenance. Please someone tell me what I may be doing wrong?

    Message support and they'll help you. This happened once to me and after I gave them the requested info they gave me the achievement manually.

    Thank you! I was getting stressed out by it, I killed it 6 times already and it won't give me the credit :(.

    If the boss was attacked before you were in party or in range, you might not get credit for it even if you help finish the kill. D:
