Has anyone seen Draelteryx (world boss) recently?

Draelteryx is the argon chicken in Thrallhold that is part of the Encounters and Exploration section of achievements, as one of the requirements for Tirkai Tough Guy.

With the recent addition of only needing a single of each world boss, I've been enjoying World Boss hunting. However, even with the new 3 hour CD I read about, I've not seen this one, and both me and the person I've been hunting with have ran around the area plenty (sometimes for 2-3 hours on end). Pretty much whenever I look, I see other people looking too, which wasn't the case for most of the other world bosses. So it seems to be in higher demand than the others.
Today, we checked shortly after maintenance ended. Still none, which I'm sure would have been commonplace before. Someone else we talked to checked even sooner than we did also hadn't seen one, and it is the last one they need as well.
Due to these various factors, I'm starting to wonder if this one, for whatever reason, did not have its CD lowered, or maybe even vanished altogether. Considering how much things can randomly be broken with patches. ._.
So I kinda just want to verify it still exists. : P

    Didn't find it by myself after camping it for several days, only got it because someone announced in global that was up and made a raid for it. in CH.

    I got mine on Thursday (on AV), so its there, not sure on its timer though, just have to walk the area, he spawns in 4 spots.

    It exists and re spawns quite frequently, every 12 hours or so? There's 4 spots where it can spawn, check every channel.

    It wasn't changed to 3 hours like the other WB?

    Oh it might've been. I farmed him before the changes. I did killed it once last week on a new character, found it easy on first try.

    I killed 5 of them pre-ninja patch, but I haven't been there since then. But I'm starting to see that Divine Reavers and the Ovolith in Scacrea Fae aren't appearing as much either, I've to find either of them but I've already gotten my Diamond Laurel back, so I'm not worried about it anymore.

    I managed to find 3 World BAMs to get 90 achievement points in other areas.
