How do I change my forum name?

I've played Tera for a little over a year but only recently started using the forums...I have no idea how or why Its given me this random name of numbers and letters.

Is there anyway to change this? because looking through the settings they're really basic with very few options.

That doesn't work. It seems to change my nickname for the old forums, not these forums.

It takes a few days to change on the new forums. If it doesnt happen in 3 days write a ticket.
