There is one problem with that statement: players like myself who had a Tera account long before there was a licencee doing Tera EU; which on top of that happen to be a company I blacklisted long ago.
The accounts are totally separate, and whatever was on what is now Tera NA does not transfer to Tera EU.

Maybe problem with EU players goes to their end too.
PS: To the players that says EU players going back to their region, nope, we lose a good amount of dedicated players, community doesn't need that, EME doesn't want that. I say they are working to solve it, since it is solved for many players, it will be solved for more players. Just keep your [filtered] together and don't say NOT MY SERVER. things will be better.
Before without Zayo I had 76ms~260ms, ping spikes up to 36939ms & a couple of drops.
On a normal day before this issue became a problem I had 53ms~80ms, no ping spikes, no drops.
ZAYO on = North Americans suffer
ZAYO off = Everyone else suffers
This is NA TERA right?.... Why is ZAYO being left on?!
No, its the other way around.
Because not only non-NA players suffering from Zayo.
Noone can tell which group is larger, but turning it off gives higher ping while turning it on not just higher ping, but packet loss and disconnects.
From what iv read in this thread and the other zayo one, zayo on seems to be helping non-na players the most. while it being off reduces NA packet loss.
Either way it's a problem...
Until a fix is found they should be doing what helps NA TERA players the most though.
They should do whatever they have to do to help NA players more than anyone else because this is a NA tera server.
