    I think this happens when you post external links that aren't verified/secure, or if the text was too long (this happened for the TERA Command Guide I wrote, so I had to write it in parts). Sometimes when I wasn't approved the first time, it won't let me be approved for other comments or posts so that when I give up. The worst that happens when I see this is that it posts it 5 days later making 3 of the same post and you don't know about it.

    Yep, I once posted a link that brought them to the support FAQ and it was needed to be approved. It's funny.
