TERA launcher is not opening

My launcher is not even opening, the game starts in Steam and close in 5~10 seconds.
I tried everything, really.
Can you guys help me ? Please.

    Steam itself had always had issues (irrelevant which game), I would try installing the version from this website instead and see if that changes anything.

    i just restarted my pc also reseted router and it worked but....lag spikes still there and i dont how to solve that without vpn providers '-_-

    That is a bug from the launcher itself, not relied to Steam and cannot be fixed. Only real fix to this is being patient and wait.
    Regardless if you're a STEAM player or a DL Launcher player, you'll face this already reported bug. It seem to be a problem to access their servers, so once again, EME's issue.
