Not getting bellicarium credits from BG during jackpot / power hour

I thought it was just a glitch but when I relogged it was still the same. I won a few rounds and it stayed at 8k when I clearly remember winning 14k+ bellicarium credits each win. My killing spree credits is working and I'm getting them but not bellicarium. I need help please. I missed at least 30k+ worth of bellicarium credits.

    Oohh that makes sense. Is that cap for the whole account or one character specifically? So would I be able to earn credits on my other chars? Thanks for letting me know btw!

    The limit only apply to character, not account. So you may farm those credits with other character, in same account.
