This is getting really tiring. I never know if I'm going to be able to play on any given day because of server crashes, server lag, or this lag that only strikes part of the population at once. It'd be nice to be told something more than "we're investigating" whenever it happens - that feels more like you're just responding to it and not doing anything, rather than trying to actively find a way to help us stop lagging out. Obviously we can't do anything from the user-end, so it's up to EME, and you guys really aren't giving us much reason to believe you're going to fix this.
What happens when the 30 man comes out and half the raid DCs and can't get back on? We need this fixed now, before you throw any more events or content at us that we can't enjoy because we're lagging too hard or can't log in. >.>
Getting this now. Once again everything else works fine, but my ping jumps from its usual (66) to 1,000+. Just told my guildmates I'd do a learning run with them later, too, so I hope it resolves itself before then.
Getting this right now. It started like 30 minutes ago. Its the first time Im experiencing this.
The only relief is that this lag is very short lived.
EME, there has been near infinite number of solid proof of what the problem was, and if all you're doing is giving us the word that you're investigating, you're either
In any of these scenarios, it's not hard to see why the playerbase is angry.
Please be transparent. Please tell us WHAT you've tried, what you're DOING instead of just saying "we're working on it". I know there are some issues with giving out all the information out, but I guarantee the playerbase isn't unreasonable; if you guys can trust us with information, we'll trust you to fix the issue.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO FIX THIS?! Why am I paying elite for a game I can't even play?!
EDIT: Yeah, and now I've lost the run. Yes, I am literally talking to my guildmates through voicechat while they finished it without me. So you can cram it with the [filtered] about fixing my own internet, it is NOT ME.
