Routing Issues - Can we get someone from En Masse to respond?

There are several posts on a daily basis about this routing issue between 6-9 PM CST.

I ran a pathping to tera-forums.enmasse.com and there seems to be an issue with hopes 9, 10 and 11 nodes (I masked the first 5 addresses for privacy reasons):

These issues are starting to seriously drag on and the new patch is arriving and since this problem is in peak playing hours for most people in Central Time... I hope you can see the backlash that this will result in.
