They don't work presently.(except for older dungeons.)
New dungeons on the weekends gave reset scrolls.
30man is once a week so can't reset period.
Didn't they fix every dungeons like 2 or 3 weeks ago? I remember seeing such patch note -.-'
No, Just dungeons that existed pre patch were fixed.
The new dungeons do not reset by standard reset scroll as per design for the time being,
