    Yep, you are right on that and ill tell you why:

    A level 65 scroll being purchasable in the store will backfire, because we gonna be back again in the same place we were when the level 58 event launched as a test to implement the level 60 scrolls: Veteran players will be infuriated with newer players skipping all of the leveling, not learning their class properly and screwing dungeon runs, additionally seeing a lot of beggars around asking for items or gold cause they just skipped the whole leveling (Roughly around 12k gold that can get you started if you complete all quests, enough knowledge of your class to know how to play it in a basic way, and achievements for having completed quests and related, which you would just ignore if you get straight to level 65 and never get the champion laurel)

    Class change voucher, i honestly do not see it happening, just because it would be an extreme pain in the rear for EME and BHS to create such an item. For BHS because they would need to code a new item that would replace all of your gear for the correct one for the class you are changing to, and for EME, because their support would get flooded with tickets, and im pretty sure those tickets would be more like complains about the class change being buggy or not giving the correct weapon, etc.

    TLDR: You are right, not gonna happen.

    I have to agree with the op , to an extent. they already sell level 60 scrolls, so they might as well sell level 65 scrolls. the class change voucher would be a possible big seller, but they would have to make it to where if you are a gender locked class, you have to choose a different one before it changes it for you. also, you lose the gear and have to get new gear for your new class. I think they could make it work, but it sounds like too much work for them to do, so I highly doubt it will ever happen ( the class change vouchers )

    There's no difference between level 60 and 65, it's not as if someone that jumps from level 1-60 will suddenly learn their class while queing kuma or doing the storyline quests. Not to mention it'd be extremely helpful for people that have alts but don't want to tediously level up.

    All the early level 60 quests cover the basics: battle, gathering, interacting with NPCs, weapon/armor slots, crystals, avatar weapons, enchanting, vanguard, etc. You're right that it doesn't really teach people their class or rotations, but nothing in the game really teach you that (which I think is a flaw, personally). The other thing to consider is that level 60 to 65 quests actually give you a fairly good amount of gold that give you a headstart into end-game, plus a headstart on Vanguard Rep.

    For an existing player who just wants fast alts, a level 65 scroll might be worth it for them because they can use their alts to fund them and give them a headstart. But considering new players might buy it too (even though it's not a good idea), the level 60 scroll is better. It follows the same logic that basically all other MMO level scrolls use (like WoW): it takes you to the max level of the previous expansion.
