    Do you mean the weapon skins or loot box? If I recall properly, It should be just like last years Friendship, which was tradeable. So, I would assume this to also be trade able.

    Yes, both the smart box and the loot box containing the Ultrasplasm weapon skins are tradable.

    The contents of the Picnic Party Bundle are as well.
