    Try to re-connect to the server and try again. If that doesn't work, try and exit the game and the launcher completely and re-launch.

    I tried that and it took me 20 restarts to fix it. Also, I loaded tons of emp and did not recieve any smartbox.

    EMP purchased through Amazon unfortunately does not apply for the Ultraplasma promotion (this was added to the news post yesterday). If you contact our customer support team, they may be able to help you out.
