To be fair, it was nice that we didn't have it yesterday. At least we know this [filtered] UNPLAYABLE LAG isn't EVERY SINGLE DAY, right?

Seriously? Can we [filtered] fix this already? I haven't been able to run anything in the past few days because every time I'm on I lag too badly to do anything but AFK.
So when are we going to get any commentary about this issue? Everyone keeps mentioning problems but we haven't received an update on how this situation can be remedied. It's unacceptable for this to be going on for months.
Again I have more information on what the problem is; it's just that EME is largely ignoring the problem for the most part. I'm pretty much begging all the players affected to pester EME about this issue, and if we have enough people bothering them, they'll likely take action.
Then my friend logged in. I said "hi" and it took like, 10 seconds to go through. I tried to do some attacks, but couldn't. Then my ping spiked to 3,500 and I had to log out because everything was standing still except me. Haven't tried to log back in since.
The problem is that there is no good action. It's an infrastructure problem, and it's not exclusive to Zayo by any means. (The screenshot above shows Level 3 dropping packets, we saw other people had it on Savvis, I receive reports from people with problems on Telia and others.)

At the moment I'm writing this Savvis, Cogent, Level 3, and Verizon are all experiencing packet loss, in some cases up to 50%.
Dear US backbone providers: get your [filtered] together?
I say this mostly from a personal perspective and rash assumptions, but I haven't had trouble when Zayo was "off" and others were complaining about having higher ping or disconnects. I would genuinely like to see what the consequences of turning off Zayo would be for me (in terms of packet loss), which is probably still going to be more optimal than having it and causing problems to a large number of players at certain times.
AKA, Turn off Zayo and let's see what happens.
