Lagging / Crashing after 5-10 minutes of playing ?

I haven't been on in a while, but played fine yesterday up until maybe after about 4 hours of playing, then it kept lagging and crashing.
I was looking forward to continue playing again today, especially after work, but I just keep lagging and crashing without any error as to why.
