Priest Skill issue

I seem to be having an issue with Energy Stars working like they should. I have it glyphed for cool down. I ran several VOK runs, each time, they have said the Energy Stars were not use, when i know I did cast it. Sometimes you can tell it cast because of the range circle it gives off, most of the time, it is as if i just pressed a button and nothing happened.

I can be right up beside the boss and the ES don't execute, any answers for this?

    If this happens on the frimblisk miniboss (I forgot the name), Estars will not proc if the frimblisk is still in the shield mode from the priest mobs beside them.

    Estars will not proc on any mob that has some form of invulnerability barrier to debuffs. (Odon's barrier from demokron factory can be Estarsed and is the only exception from what I remember).

    It is only happening inside VOK and i JUST finished a run and the ES and plague did the same thing. As if i ain't using them at all.

    The icons do not even appear under the boss bar. I am just tired of getting yelled at DEBUFF DEBUFF when I've already done it and it hasn't worked

    That's weird, I haven't ever had a run where my skill doesn't go off on VOK outside of that frimblisk boss, and the last time I played as priest was yesterday.

    I do have locking problems sometimes across all dungeons, but that is due to high ping (I run at >250ms) so I can't help you there.

    I used to have issues with estars not procing back when i pressed the skill key twice or used the skillbar to cast it. Once I changed it to cast it with my mouse left click it started working (tho sometimes I lag and it reverts back to the left button skill :( )

    During 1 second delay after you cast Estar, before that lightning effect happens
    you get stunned, staggered, knocked down, pushed back or sucked in.
    the target evades your EStar, certain bosses do have an iframe
    the target gets killed.
    the target runs out of your range.

    Estar will miss.

    About VOK's lancer boss buffs that you're supposed to plague/regress... so two blue shield icons appear under the boss. You can plague away only 1 of them. The other icon will still be on him. (I haven't hovered over the buffs to see their names yet.) But don't worry, you have done your job if at least 1 of them disappears.

    I also noticed a problem with energy stars, to be honest.
    For me the skill sometimes instantly goes on CD even if I pressed the button not even half a second before that. This means I can't even use the skill until the CD is over again, and sadly makes you miss out on quite a bit of DPS.... not sure if other people are also having that issue.
