    May need to contact support for this one. If you ever tried installing any mods or editing any configuration files, that could be related to the problem. Otherwise, you may need to reboot, update drivers, or remove conflicting software. It could really be just about anything, but best to contact support and send them your Diagnostic Info (after running the diagnostic test from the Tools section of the launcher).
