I can't see the wings of my Sirocco Mount

Alright i bought a Sirocco but when i summon it, it look like this:

Wings look like there is some file missing or something

before some ideas i have to tell you that i have repaired game and i also have re-downloaded the game

PS: the problem in the wings is just with Sirocco, zephyr and eclipse mounts

I have checked at dressing room and other winged ones work well

    have you tried repairing your game? let me know how that works and if it doesn't, try reinstalling your game

    Yes sir, i have tried repairing it and even reinstalling the game

    i tried reinstalling by the launcher ( chrome download)
    and by steam (steam download)

    I'd send in a support ticket since the usual fixes aren't working for you.

    It can take up to 7 days unfortunately.

    There is a person asking for the same problem about 5 months ago, and i don't know if they solved or not

    Is exactly the SAME problem xd

    there are 1 o 2 post in all i can saw in internet about this problem and it is always the same

    Land mounts work

    Some flying mounts work

    Others flying mounts have grayed wings

    I understand i am the [filtered] one who bought the only lion with bug wings but... do enmasse allows rollback? to lose this lion and change for another one (same price, but no bug)?

    I'm a member of the player council which is a group of players that volunteer to provide feedback to enmasse. A handful of us also said we dont mind adding bugs to the known issues list as players post them in here. We don't have any admin powers which is why it's important to contact support about any problem you might have so it can be taken care of. :chuffed:

    With your issue, it's not something I can reproduce and it most likely something on your end. (Not saying it's 100% likely that way but if it was a game bug it'd be more than just a couple of people.)

    EnMasse support has probably seen this problem before and they might have a solution for it. If you've done a fresh install and are not using mods I'm not sure what else would help. I did find a thread where some players thought the issue came from their graphics card but there wasn't a post saying if there was a way to fix it.

    If you're hoping for a refund, they might do it. Doesn't hurt to ask. c:

    @StarSprite no mate, i don't want my money back, i just want a winged lion, but with no bugs xd

    ty for help, btw my graphic card is Intel HD 4000 according to "can you run it" site, is more than enough to run tera

    Allright boys, "bug" is bec video card, but is not about capacity is about being integrated or not

    Tera has some issues with integrated video cards. I think you should make a post to advice this kind of things @StarSprite
