I think the true answer to this question determines how much gold did you have when you quit? Any smart boxes you didn't open and how much you're willing to give to me.

If the answer is a lot on each question then, you should definitely come back.

    I'm ON TR

    Ingame name: Modded.

    Come through baby.

maybe, but not worth spending any cash on. there's better games coming soon

Did they ever fix dailies and the amount of gold/rewards they give?

Last time i remember they had nerfed the rewards hard.
  • Rewards... well, the rewards for IOD aren't that great. I currently make most of my Gold by selling costumes, T10 feedstock, Goddess Tears, and T2 etchings from Ace Dungeons. I'd say every week I make around 60K, sometimes more, so not really a lot to be honest. If it weren't for me selling the 1K feedstock I get every 4 days, I would make basically no Gold at all.

You should know that BG is even more deserted than it used to be. Gridiron has always been distasteful and solo queue only, CS is 2 member maximum queue and is lvl 65 only, Fraywind as we all know must be bought into by purchasing literally thousands of dollars worth of gear every 6 months, Same goes for Team 3v3, and Solo 3v3 does not pop at all during most of the 24 hour day, because people are more interested in PvE (ridiculous in my opinion, because I think fighting human intelligence is more challenging, exciting, and rewarding than playing against computer AI. #unpopularopinions) Meanwhile the developers want their players to focus on "PvP" that isn't actually PvP, like the Kumas battles and whatever this Iron Battleground is. In short, you don't play any of the real classes while you PvP in these instances, yet they somehow manage to be more popular than the real BGs... These are also your ONLY options for non-lvl 65 BG.

I understand the game is developed to appeal to the players, so I guess the problem really is the player base. Most TERA players (commoners) enjoy PvE exclusively. You'll notice many of them claim TERA is actually "meant to be a PvE only game". Whatever cooks your rice, I guess...

***Oh, and did I mention, you need to spend literally thousands of USD in order to even participate in high end endgame content, every six months? No, I don't personally believe you need maximized Best in Slot (BiS) gear to actually do it, but most people won't agree. Why? Because, Silly, they're commoners and think "If I can't do it, nobody can." So you need to buy the +15 to be accepted into groups, even if you're so good that you can solo it blindfolded with quest gear using only your big toes to press keys. Yeah. It's like that.

Not that BHS or En Masse are complaining $ $ $ they are making money off of our ignorant elitism and ineptitude

Download, and come back to see for yourself.

When asking a question like this, you'll always get mixed answers.

The best answe you could get is from yourself. :)

That is the point of the threat. To get peoples opinions rather than wasting 1-2 hours of time.

you will waste same amount of time just waiting for responses :)

I say give it a shot. TERA still is one of the best mmorpg out there honestly. And the only thing you gonna be spending cash on, is cosmetics really. There is no need for you to spend real cash in order to progress in game.

I mean, 1-2 hours isn't much. You can do other things in the meanwhile. Also, taking in mixed opinions may also be a waste of time, so that is why it's best for you to get your own answer

I mean, if you want to get technical, you'd still be sitting and staring at your screen if you were downloading Tera, or any other file, and have a different window open to perform other things. So I guess everyone does it at some point in time, even you. :chuffed:
